Frequently asked questions

Common questions our travelers ask about this package.

What's the best time to visit Nepal?
The ideal windows are October–November (post-monsoon) for clear Himalayan views and autumn trekking, and March–April (spring) for rhododendron blooms and mountain clarity. June–September is monsoon season — jungle wildlife thrives but mountain views are limited. December–February brings cold but peaceful experiences in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
Do Indian citizens need a visa for Nepal?
No — Indian citizens do not require a visa to enter Nepal. You only need a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID). Travel is seamless, and we assist with Gorakhpur–Sunauli border crossings or Kathmandu (TIA) flight options.
What happens if the tour is disrupted by weather?
In the event of a weather disruption (common at high-altitude destinations like Muktinath or Nagarkot), we rearrange the itinerary where possible. Helicopter operations follow CAAN safety protocols. You will be offered a full refund or reschedule option for any cancelled activity. Third-party fees may apply.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Absolutely. Every package is a starting point — we regularly tweak days, hotel category, meal plans, and add-on activities. Share your preferences on the booking form or WhatsApp us directly.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 15 days prior receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours incurs a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations. Rescheduling within 48 hours costs ₹2,500 per person.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 20 days before the tour date. We accept payments through Net Banking to our Current Account. Payment plans are also available.
